The loads of kicker, leveler and cutter are continuously monitored and controlled by varying the speed of cane carrier when the load exceeds the set point.<\/p>\n<h4>Mill Speed Control<\/h4>\n<p>The crushing is proportional to Mill Speed. According to crushing rate mill speed set points can be given. When the load current or donally chute increases, the Speed of the Mill can be decreased or vice versa.<\/p>\n<h4>Imbibition Water Flow<\/h4>\n<p>Based on the crushing rate, the imbibition water to the mill is controlled to achieve better performance in the Mill.
